LINES & WRINKLE RELAXING

BOTOX®, Bocouture® & Azzalure injections provide a quick and effective way to relieve the fine facial lines and wrinkles that can be caused by age, stress, and even the environment.

These types of anti-wrinkle injections work by smoothing the skin on the forehead, between the eyes, and at the base of the nose. They can help reduce “crow’s feet” wrinkles at the corners of the eyes too, providing a great result for many of our clients.

Anti-wrinkle injections work by temporarily removing wrinkle lines on the face by relaxing underlying facial muscles. They contain botulinum toxin type A, which is a bacterium-produced neuromuscular toxin. They’re FDA approved too and are safe for us to administer.

HOW DOES BOTOX WORK?

Small doses of Botulinum Toxin (Botox) is injected with a fine needle into the affected area. This temporarily paralyses underlying muscles responsible for wrinkling, giving the face a more relaxed appearance. The wrinkles become smoother or disappear altogether.

WHICH AREAS CAN BE TREATED WITH BOTOX?

The treatment targets areas that are susceptible to the aging process, including forehead creases, frown lines, crow's feet, bunny lines, vertical lip lines, depressed lip corners, pebble chin and vertical neck bands.

RECOVERY & EFFECTS

The initial effects of treatment become visible within 3 to 4 days. The maximum effect is reached in approximately 3 weeks. Your facial expression will become more relaxed but by no means mask-like. The overall result is very natural. The effect of treatment generally lasts for 3 to 4 months. Once the effects start to decrease you can return to the practice to consult with our practitioner if you wish to maintain your new youthful look.

LIP FILLERS

Lip fillers are made from hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally found in the skin that helps maintain hydration, elasticity and volume. As natural levels decline with age, lips can gradually lose fullness and definition. Carefully placed hyaluronic acid filler restores volume and supports the lips' natural contours while maintaining movement and softness. Results are visible immediately, although some initial swelling is normal, with the final outcome becoming apparent over the following days. The filler is gradually broken down by the body over time, with results typically lasting between 6 and 12 months before a maintenance treatment may be desired.

PROFHILO®

Profhilo® is an injectable skin remodelling treatment that uses a highly concentrated form of hyaluronic acid to improve hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality.

Rather than adding volume or altering facial contours, it works by stimulating the skin's natural regenerative processes, helping to restore firmness, resilience and a healthy, radiant appearance.
